Before you start
- Assign the package to the intended branch or device.
- Choose the credential mode and a compatible voucher design.
- Confirm the router or controller connection before installation.
Procedure
Follow these steps in order
Select branch, device, and package
Do not rely on duplicate names. Confirm the customer, branch, device identity, and package summary before continuing.
Generate the batch
Generate up to the current per-operation limit. Generation creates voucher records in K7abeer; it does not prove they were installed on the router or vendor controller.
Install on the gateway
Choose Send to device/controller. Wait for the confirmed batch state: installed, partial, or failed. Retry only failed items after correcting the cause.
Choose print layout at print time
Select 5, 10, 20, 25, 50, or 100 vouchers per page when printing. Dense layouts require compact designs that fit their supported dimensions.
Export existing vouchers
Select visible vouchers or filter by package/profile, then download PDF, HTML, PNG sheets, or CSV. Exporting or reprinting existing vouchers does not generate new vouchers or restore allowance.
Record reprints
Acknowledge a reprint when vouchers were exported before. Protect voucher files because they contain active customer credentials.
Verify success
- The batch status confirms controller installation.
- The selected PDF contains the correct network, package, username, password, or code.
- The chosen per-page density matches the design dimensions.
- Export counts match the selected vouchers without silent truncation.
Troubleshooting
PDF says the design is too large
Choose a compact design for 50 or 100 per page, reduce the per-page count, or edit the design dimensions before exporting.
Package name is missing from the PDF
Select a current credential-compatible design and regenerate the export from the batch or package filter. The package must be part of each voucher record.
Push failed after generation
Keep the generated batch, fix device connectivity or package mapping, and retry installation. Do not create another batch unless new credentials are required.
