Before you start
- Install K7abeer from the official Apple App Store or Google Play listing.
- Sign in to the intended business account.
- Use the device operating system's notification settings when permission was previously denied.
Procedure
Follow these steps in order
Allow notifications
When prompted, allow K7abeer notifications. Existing denials must be changed in iOS or Android system settings.
Review notification settings
Choose the available service, support, update, offer, and operational categories appropriate for the account.
Check the in-app inbox
Open Notifications for a retained history of K7abeer messages. A delivered push alert and an in-app inbox record are separate states.
Install app updates from the store
Update through Apple App Store or Google Play so the build remains signed and compatible. Do not mix a USB test build with the store build when testing updates.
Review network-device updates
When K7abeer reports a router or AP update, review model, current version, target version, backup, downtime, and vendor requirements before applying.
Verify success
- The mobile device is registered for the signed-in account.
- A test notification appears and opens the intended K7abeer destination.
- The installed app version matches the store release being tested.
Troubleshooting
Android receives a push but iPhone does not
Check iOS notification permission, Focus mode, Apple push registration, the signed-in K7abeer account, and that the production APNs environment is configured for the installed build.
Google Play cannot update the app
Remove conflicting USB or differently signed test builds, confirm storage and Play account, then install the production-signed store build.
